Mt Zion Developments leadership has been at the forefront in providing housing and economic opportunities primarily in Miami's historic Overtown community. Leadership having completed more than 500 affordable housing units over the last few years, with nearly another 200 units underway, MZDI has become an anchor community development institution in the Overtown and Little Haiti communities in the City of Miami.
